The “Just Following Orders” Defense Was Featured Heavily In WW2’s Nuremberg Trials
The “just following orders” defense was featured heavily in the court hearings of the Nuremberg trials after WW2.
In a 1962 letter as a final effort for clemency, Holocaust organizer Adolf Eichmann wrote that he and other low-level officers were “just following orders” to shift the responsibility for the deaths of millions of Jews to his superiors.
The judges at the Nuremberg trials ruled that the “just following orders” defense is baseless and ordered the soldiers to be shot to death.
But what does this say about the scumbag cops of every city on this planet? These pigs are now roaming the streets, terrorizing citizens and invading their homes using the scamdemic as a scapegoat. When this scamdemic is over, can they use the “I was just following orders” defense? No, of course not.
They’re guilty. All of them. Every cop who killed an unarmed citizen is guilty of murder. Every cop who assaulted a citizen is guilty of assault. Every cop who kneeled on a citizen’s body is guilty of aggravated violence. They all must be prosecuted and caged. Every last one of them. Then we can start from scratch with completely new police departments. And THE MOST important new rule of policing is that every cop can only police the neighborhood in which he/she lives. And the head of every police department is elected by the community where he lives and works.
